All three branches of the U.S. government with its majority party have failed in their very sacred obligations to preserve and protect the constitutional order and the rule of law which protects and preserves life, liberty and the pursuit of the happiness of its citizens, therefore, "We the People" must rise to take back what has been lost already. 

One man, or one ideology, or one party, cannot and should not be allowed to dictate what happens to the entire country, therefore, it's time to rise up and overcome the blatant abuses taking place to preserve and protect the Republic. WE SHALL AND MUST OVERCOME any doubts or hesitancy to take back AMERICA! Protests and lawsuits are fine but we need to fix the root cause of the current crises unfolding everyday. A rally online via ZOOM and YouTube is planned to be held. An offline rally on the National Mall in front of Lincoln Memorial to "Take Back America" will also be held if we get the resources. In a very short span of time, America and the world has been plunged into chaos and confusion like never before, therefore, let us not fail to take action to take back America! This is the great obligation of "We the People" to each other and to the country at large. In fact, we owe it to each other to do this by uniting fully and massively to hold the government responsible.

"The Declaration of Independence, formally titled The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America in the engrossed version and original printing, is the founding document of the United States. On July 4, 1776, it was adopted unanimously by the 56 delegates to the Second Continental Congress, who convened at Pennsylvania State House, later renamed Independence Hall."

We would like to have participation and representation from all 50 states on the National Mall on Sunday, May 25, 2025 starting from 2 PM. If we get the resources and permit, we will set the stage that will be near the Lincoln Memorial. All can take part by speeches, songs, choirs, prayers etc. All faiths can take part including those of no faith. Activists and ordinary citizens can take part. The program will be live streamed by YouTube and ZOOM. Politicians in the government from all sides will be invited to come and tell the people how the current Constitutional violations will be addressed and remedied without further delay. If we do not get the financial support to organize on the Mall, all are encouraged to do it on their own with their own signs between 2pm - 8pm or join online to make your voice heard by video or only audio.

No matter who you may be, you can take part in many ways by giving your ideas to improve this site, plan for the May 25 rally, taking part in this rally online and or offline, giving financial and technical or other support as you can.
